I am obsessed with this dress.  The tiers are the perfect length so as to flatter your hips and thighs and the color is literally perfection.  It’s just about sold out on net-a-porter and I am praying for a re-stock.  This is a great choice for a casual wedding, graduation, or really anywhere your summer evenings take you.

This dress keeps reappearing in my life and every time I see it, I stare at it.  The print is amazing and the fabric is of such high quality - it’s actually really soft.  The side panels are leather - just under the arm, and it dips down, mid-back in a V.   The black and white combination makes it a perfect summer pick; I’m thinking a wedding, engagement party, your birthday, a graduation, high school or college reunion, or even gold cup (DC’ers).  I think this will be my pick for the Saks Friends and Family that is coming up soon.  I die for Olivia Palermo in this dress:

I saw this look in today’s shopbop email and completely fell for it.  As someone who doesn’t usually go the ultra feminine route, I was taken aback by myself.  This look is so on point for summer, and I think my attraction to it stems from the discrete way it accomplishes the lady like trend.  The jean jacket sets off the girliness of the look but still maintains its feminine vibe.  This E&J jean jacket goes for a cool $300 but you could easily find a substitute for that at Loehmann’s or Levis without sacrificing the chic factor.
